Yes, Professional Foundation Repair holds a General “B” Contractor’s license for the State of California. We are fully bonded, carry general liability insurance, and maintain workers compensation coverage for every employee. We are also FEMA-approved to provide immediate assistance in the event of natural disasters impacting residential foundation structural integrity.
Do you offer a warranty or service agreement?
Yes, we offer a warranty on each service depending on the scope of work completed. Unlike companies offering “lifetime warranties” with paragraphs full of exclusions, each of our solutions comes with its own specific, real warranty that will be spelled out clearly on your proposal. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right.
Do you charge for inspections?
We DO NOT charge for homeowner inspections. However, we do charge $250 for real estate transaction inspections, which will be credited back if we are hired to complete repairs. Our free homeowner inspections are thorough assessments providing honest recommendations for addressing foundation issues.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we offer a wide variety of financing options to make essential foundation repairs affordable for every homeowner. Each inspector can explain your financing options fully during your consultation.
